With a political background rooted in the Swedish Social Democratic Party, Sebastian has worked as a media coordinator at the Prime Minister’s Office under former Prime Minister Göran Persson and as the press chief for the Social Democrats. Moreover, he has acted as a political advisor in the European Parliament, focusing particularly on tourism and transportation issues. Sebastian is a graduate in political science from Halmstad University.

With a legal background and extensive involvement with the Swedish Social Democrats Party, Joakim has served as a political advisor and press secretary for, among others, Minister of Social Insurance Ingela Thalén, Minister of Agriculture Ann-Christin Nykvist, and Minister of Finance Pär Nuder. During the past 15 years, he has held leading positions at several Nordic Public Affairs agencies. Joakim holds a law degree from Stockholm University.
He holds a special responsibility for matters related to the EU, financial markets, life science, minerals, and business in general.

He has previously worked as State Secretary for the Minister for Housing and Digitalization, Political Advisor at the Prime Minister’s Office, Head of the Society Team in the Green Party’s parliamentary office, and Head of Office at Mälardalen University. Alf has also participated in several government investigations and, in October 2020, submitted the report “Innovation as a Driving Force – from Research to Benefit” (Government Official Reports 2020:59) to the government.
Alf has a specific responsibility for issues related to sustainability in general, with a focus on digitalization, energy, and urban development. He also holds a special responsibility for issues concerning community development and related areas.

With extensive experience in external communication and public affairs, Carl has previously held positions such as Head of Corporate Communication at Narva and served as the Press Officer at Swedish Match. He boasts a strong political background, having worked in the Swedish Moderate Party’s parliamentary office, the European Parliament, and engaged in campaign activities. Carl holds a degree in political science and has also studied business administration, media, and communication sciences at Uppsala University.
He holds specific responsibilities for issues related to digitalization, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and telecom.

Staffan is a graduate of the University of Gothenburg, holding a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, media, and communication studies.

He has spent the last quarter-century in and around Swedish politics and political debate. In the Christian Democrats, he has served as party secretary, policy manager, and press chief. He has worked both in the parliament and in the Government Office and is well acquainted with the decision-making processes. In 2010, Johan initiated and became Sweden’s first “SlösO” – Ombudsman against wasteful use of taxpayer money, a project that still falls under the Taxpayers Association.
Peter Carpelan

He was then responsible for research, development and education as well as the County Council’s central employer issues. Before that, Peter was a Municipal Councilor and Chairman of the municipal executive board in Ekerö Municipality for 16 years.
In his role as a leading politician within the Moderate Party, Peter has a wide network of contacts in politics and on the civil service side as well as extensive knowledge of the future development in the Stockholm region.
Peter Carpelan is a lawyer and former chamber prosecutor at the Swedish Economic Crime Authority in Stockholm. He has had a number of different board assignments linked to the municipalities in Stockholm County, such as Vice Chairman of Södertörns Fire Servic Association, Board Member of Roslagsvatten AB and Board Bember of the Regional Structural Fund Partnerships.

Johan Eriksson is a consultant at The Labyrinth Public Affairs. He has several years of experience in communication and policy roles for the Swedish Moderate Party, both in opposition and majority. Most recently, he comes from the finance team in Stockholm City Hall and previously from Region Uppsala. Johan holds a degree in humanities from Lund University and has been vice chairman of the Free Moderate Student Association.

Per Westerberg is a senior advisor at The Labyrinth Public Affairs. He possesses extensive political experience, having served as the Speaker of the Swedish Parliament (Riksdagen) from 2006 to 2014. Prior to this role, he was a Member of Parliament for the Swedish Moderate Party (Moderaterna) since 1979, contributing to various parliamentary committees. There was a hiatus during which he served as the Minister for Industry in the Bildt government from 1991 to 1994. Currently, he holds several board positions, including the chairmanship of the Shareholders’ Association (Aktiespararnas förbund).
