Metals and minerals is the business area that includes the extraction, production and trade of metallic raw materials and minerals. The Labyrinth’s expertise in the field includes the entire concession process, identification of national, regional and local decision-makers as well as identifying and driving policy issues that create increased conditions for expanded and sustainable mining. Increased extraction of metals and minerals is central to Sweden and Europe coping with climate change, and The Labyrinth currently works widely with both large and small mining and exploration companies.
We work on several topics, including the regulation of extraction and production, trade policy, work protection, environmental protection and the development of sustainable mines. We use effective working methods to influence political decision-makers and, by extension, contribute to an expanded, sustainable mining operation.
